PURPOSE:To realize the simplification of a data base program and the low pricing of a terminal system, by preparing a bit of information and a function required for the error recovery of a data base on a terminal side when a fault is generated in the data base on the terminal side. CONSTITUTION:When the fault is generated in a DBMS6 at a certain time, the DBMS6 informs the generation of abnormality on the db space of the terminal to a DBMS3 existing on a host computer by a command (b). At this time, the DBMS3 transmits the content of a corresponding db space to the DBMS6 of the terminal with a format (c), and generates the db space at the time of obtaining backup in the terminal. Next, the DBMS3 converts the data to an SQL command starting from the data with the earliest time included in a log data, and transmits it to the DBMS6 of the terminal with a format (a). The DBMS6 performs the recovery of the db space by processing the data. In such a way, it is possible to obtain a data base with high reliability in a terminal equipment with the minimum constitution. |
