PURPOSE:To efficiently switch the rotating speeds of a motor by connecting first and second batteries solely or in series connection to the motor. CONSTITUTION:When a contact (f) is closed by a switch SW3, a contact (a) is closed by a switch SW1 and contacts (c), (d) are closed by a switch SW2, a motor 10 is connected to a first battery B1. Then, when the switch SW2 is switched to close contacts (b), (e), the motor 10 is connected to a second battery B2. When the switch SW3 is further switched to close a contact (g), the batteries B1 and B2 disposed in series are connected to the motor 10. Thus, the switching of the motor speed can be smoothly conducted.
