PURPOSE:To reduce a variation in the axial moving direction, to reduce a thermal influence to a corner, and to improve the working accuracy in the corner, by preventing an escape path from becoming a figure-eight winding shape. CONSTITUTION:In case an escape path becomes a figure-eight winding shape, a circular arc tangent TL in a corner P of a circular arc block bi+1 is regarded as a production of the circular arc block bi+1. Also, when a path production ET1 of a first block b1, and an inscribed circle ISC inscribed to the tangent TL and an escape range circle ESC are set to contacts Q, R which come into contact with the production ET1 and the tangent T1, respectively, an escape with for reaching the Q point along the first production ET1 from an intersection P, and subsequently, reaching the R point along the inscribed circle ISC from the Q point, and reaching the P point along the tangent TL from the R point is formed. Subsequently, by using this escape path, an NC part program for laser beam machining is generated. In such a way, the escape path can be prevented from becoming a figure-eight winding shape, and the working shape accuracy of a corner can be improved. |
