CONSTITUTION:Rotational transform in a rotary parameter rearranging means 104 brings the normal direction 202 of a screen plane in line with the three- dimensional directional vector 205. The rotary axis direction 203 of the three- dimensional directional vector included in the screen plane 201 in initialization is shifted on a plane 204 perpendicular to the three-dimensional directional vector by the above transformation, and is rearranged as a new rotary axis direction 206. Meanwhile, in a rotary parameter initializing means 102, the rotary axis direction 203 is corresponded to a displacement direction in one to one on the screen plane 201, and is possible to be instructed in any direction. Therefore, it is possible to instruct the rotary axis direction 206 in any direction on the plane 204 perpendicular to the three-dimensional directional vector. In such a way, the three-dimensional directional vector can be rotated in the arbitrary direction.
