PURPOSE:To improve the reflecting characteristic of the title coating, to increase the adhesive strength, and to make the surface difficult to damage by providing a laminated antireflection coating consisting of a specified compd. on the incident lane of an optical medium consisting of lead molybdate. CONSTITUTION:A CeF3 film 101 is vacuum-deposited on the polished light incident plane 6 of the medium 1 consisting of a lead molybdate single crystal in lambda/8 thickness. The Al2O3 film 102 is then vacuum-deposited thereon in lambda/8 thickness, and the two-layered antireflection coating 10 having lambda/4 thickness is formed. |
