<p>PURPOSE:To improve the power generation efficiency by keeping the inside of a treatment chamber for accommodating a waste water treatment tank into decompression state and supplying the inside offensive odor gas as combustion gas into a gas turbine generator and combusting and deodorizing the gas and intalling the windmill of a wind power generator into an offensive odor gas feeding system. CONSTITUTION:The building 1 such as gymnasium and cinema house consists of the ground part and underground part, and a variety of units are installed in the ground part, and a treating chamber 2 and a power generator room 3 are arranged in the underground part. In a waste water treatment chamber 2, a variety of waste water treatment tanks 4-9 are installed, and the inside is kept in the decompression state through an intake duct 14 by the drive of a fan 12, and the outside leak of offensive odor is prevented. The intake duct 14 is connected to a gas turbine generator 17, and the air including the offensive odor in the treatment chamber 2 is supplied as combustion air into the gas turbine generator 17 and combusted and deodorized. Further, the windmill 72 of a wind power generator 71 is installed into a feeding pipe 73 connected with the intake duct 14, and energy is recovered.</p> |
