PURPOSE:To enhance the sensitivity of a photosensitive body by providing an intermediate layer in which specific conductive carbon fluoride is dispersed and which is controlled in specific electric resistance thereby increasing the reflectivity of the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate layer formed by dispersing the conductive carbon fluoride expressed by the formula: -(CF2-1)n-; (where 0<i<2) into a binder and controlling the specific electric resistance to <=10<12>OMEGAcm is provided between a substrate and photosensitive layer. Nonconductive fine white powder (e.g.: TiO2) having >=10<5>OMEGAcm specific electric resistance is preferably dispersed further into said intermediate layer. Liquid polyurethane consisting of a block isocyanate compd. and polyol is usable for the binder. The reflectively of the layer surface is then increased and the photosensitive body having high sensitivity is obtd. |
