PURPOSE:To improve durability by providing projections each having a curved guide face supporting the stress concentration point of a flexible blade on the rear section of the flexible blade in the rotating direction to the maximum curve on a rotor member. CONSTITUTION:A rotor integrally protruded with flexible blades 8 in the radial direction from a rotor ring 7 made of an elastic material is provided in a casing 1. Projections 10 are provided each having a curved guide face 11 supporting the stress concentration point of the flexible blade 8 on the rear section of the flexible blade 8 in the rotating direction to the maximum curve according to the curve in sequence. Accordingly, the stress concentration point of the curve of the flexible blade is not concentrated at one point by the curve guide face of the projection, its breakage is prevented, and durability can be improved.
