PURPOSE:To produce a grain-orientated silicon steel plate having high magnetic flux density and low iron loss, by executing decarbonization and primary recrystallized anneal to the cold-rolled silicon steel plate and executing secondary recrystallized-purifying annealing by applying annealing separating agent after executing an electron beam irradiation. CONSTITUTION:The silicon steel raw material is hot-rolled and after uniformized-annealing at about 800-1,100 deg.C, one time or two times or more inserting an intermediate anneal of cold-rolling is executed to make the finish plate thickness. Next, a primary recrystallized anneal uniting decarbonization under wet hydrogen at about 750-850 deg.C to the cold-rolled steel plate. On the surface of steel plate after this annealing, the electron beam irradiation is executed under condition of about 10-100kV accelerating voltage, about 0.005-10mA accelerating current, about 0.05-5mmphi beam diameter and about 10<-3>-10<-6>mmHg vacuum degree. Next, the annealing separating agent having MgO, etc., as main composition is applied to the surface of steel plate, and a secondary recrystallized anneal of box anneal is executed under raising temp. and holding at about 1,000 deg.C. After that, the purifying-anneal is executed to the above steel plate at 1,100 deg.C under dry hydrogen. In this way, the grain-orientated silicon steel plate having high magnetic flux density and extreme low iron loss, is obtd. |
