PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of, to reduce the size of and to simplify a pulse power source by annularly disposing capacitors between a disc-like conductor and disc-like electrodes, and concentrically disposing saturable reactors inside it to provide a central conductor. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 18 of final stage, a saturable reactor 21, a terminal unit for introducing a current from a saturable reactor 20 of front stage and a capacitor 17, and a terminal unit for supplying a current to a laser discharger 22 are composed. Disc-like electrodes 54 are disposed oppositely to disc-like conductors 23 having openings at the center, the annular capacitor 18 is disposed annularly between both, the reactor 21 is concentrically disposed inside, and a central conductor 41 is disposed in a central hollow section. Thus, a current flowing to the conductor 41 and a current flowing to the reactor 21 become reverse to cancel the current components of both in an noninduced state, thereby reducing its inductance.
