CONSTITUTION:A calculating means 2 which calculates a basic injection quantity on the basis of the detected values of engine operating conditions, and another calculating means 3 which calculates the balanced quantity of adhesion of the fuel adhering in the intake system on the basis of these detected values are provided, and the prediction variable of the balanced quantity of adhesion is calculated by a calculating means 6. Further, a prescribed ratio in which the deviation of the balanced quantity of adhesion from the prediction variable is measured is calculated by a calculating means 7, and from these quantity ratio and deviation, the quantity of adhesion per period (the velocity of adhesion) is calculated by a calculating means 8, and further on the basis of this velocity of adhesion, the basic injection quantity is corrected by a correcting means 9. In this case, the balanced adhering quantity calculating means 3 is comprised of a calculating means 4 which calculates the magnification of adhesion on the basis of the opening of a throttle valve and the rotating speed of the engine, and a multiplying means 5 which multiplies this magnification of adhesion by the basic injection quantity.
