PURPOSE:To enable a less-expensive manufacturing in a short period of time to be performed by a method wherein hot fluid body is flowed into an outer cylinder having outer porous thermal conducting plates, the outer cylinder is rotated to cause the fluid to be adhered to the inner wall surface of the outer cylinder, a fluid adhesive agent is flowed in it and adhered to an inside part of the hot fluid and solidified there, the hot fluid is melted and discharged. CONSTITUTION:A required number of porous thermal conducting plates 5 are inserted into an outer cylinder 7 and then end plates 8a and 8b having shafts are fixed. A plug 10 is closely sealed. The outer cylinder 7 is rotated and hot fluid 11 is flowed from a inlet port 9a of the end plate 8a having the shaft, resulting in that the fluid is concentrically adhered to an inner wall surface of the outer cylinder 7 under a centrifugal force, cooled down to a surrounding atmosphere temperature and solidified. When adhesive agent 14 of liquid form is flowed from the inlet port 9a, it adheres to the inside part of the hot fluid 11, the porous thermal conducting plates 5 are connected or adhered to each other. When an entire assembly is set in a hot furnace and heated there, the hot fluid 11 shows a variation to its liquid phase and when the plug 10 is opened, it is discharged to the surrounding atmosphere. Accordingly, a low temperature gas passage 12 is formed inside the adhesive agent 14 and a hot gas passage 13 is formed outside the adhesive agent.
