<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the rotary device having very stable signal transmitting characteristics between rotary transformers by a method wherein the grooves, having varied width and depth from the center of the transformers toward the circumferential direction, are formed by coating thermosetting resin on the opposing surface of the rotary transformer including a coil groove. CONSTITUTION:The shallow grooves 21 provided on the rotating core 6 or the fixed side core 7 of a rotary transformer are formed in such a manner that they are becoming larger toward the outer circumference from the center. Accordingly, the lubricational fluid filled up on the opposing surface of the rotating side core 6 and the fixed side core 7 of the rotary transformer is pressure-fed into the shallow grooves 21 toward the center of the rotary transformer, and as a result, a dynamic pressure fluid thrust bearing 17S is formed. Also, the shallow grooves 21 are formed by coating epoxy resin layer 20 on the opposing surface of the rotating side core 6 or the fixed side core 7 of the rotary transformer, and after the resin layer 20 has been brought into a semihardened state, a metal mold 22 is closely contacted to the coated surface of the epoxy resin layer and heated up to 150 deg.C for 120 minutes.</p> |
