PURPOSE:To transfer a tablet so easily, by making a suction pas go down to the extent of a top surface of the tablet while jetting compressed air out of this pad, and when it comes into contact with the tablet top, changing the pad inside over to a suction state and making the pad go up. CONSTITUTION:When a suction pad 1 consisting of an elastic body, whose a lower surface is opened in bell-mouted form, is made to go down and it is approximated to a tablet 2, a valve 12 is closed, a valve 13 is opened instead, and compressed air out of a compressor P is sparayed to a top surface of the tablet 2 through a filter 9. Air pressure is set down to 4-7kg/cm<3>, and the jetted air velocity is set to 15-20m/s. When the pad 1 comes into contact with the top of the tablet 2, the valve 13 is closed, the valve 12 is opened instead, and the inside of the pad 1 is turned to negative pressure by a vacuum pump 5, making the pad 1 go up by suction, and thereby it is transferred to the specified position. With this constitution, barrier debris on the tablet 2 is easily removed, thus conveyance is accurately performed.
