PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of moire patterns by joining and integrating a 1st lens plate and 2nd lens plate via a primer layer contg. fine particles having light diffusivity. CONSTITUTION:A UV or electron ray curing resin 7 is coated on a metallic mold 6 for producing a Fresnel lens. The primer layer 5 side of the 1st lens plate 1 which is formed with a lenticular lens 3 on one face of a transparent synthetic resin substrate and is formed with the primer layer 5 incorporated therein with fine particles having light diffusivity on the other face is immersed into said resin. UV rays or electron rays 8 are then projected to the lens plate 1 from the front face side thereof to cure the resin 7 and to form the 2nd lens plate 2; thereafter, the lens plate is stripped. Generation of the moire pattern is obviated and the image quality is not impaired.
