PURPOSE:To decrease the amt. of waste liquid and waste gas to be generated and to reduce the cost for a pollution preventive treatment by dissolving a photosensitive compsn. in a specific org. solvent or solvent mixture contg. said org. solvent to prepare a photosensitive liquid, coating such photosensitive liquid on a base and drying the coating. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive liquid is prepd. by dissolving the photosensitive compsn. in the org. solvent having the structure expressed by the formula I or the solvent mixture contg. said org. solvent. Such photosensitive liquid is coated on the base and is dried. In the formula I, R1 denotes a methyl group, ethyl group, propyl group or butyl group, R2 denotes a hydrogen atom, methyl group, ethyl group, propyl group, butyl group or methyl carbonyl group, R3 denotes a hydrogen atom. or methyl group, n denotes 2 or 3. The waste gas to be generated in a production process is thereby decreased and the problem in the environmental pollution preventive treatment is eliminated. The consumption of the org. solvent is reduced. |
