PURPOSE:To aim at improvement of rate of operation and reduction of half finished work in an automatic warehouse by providing a plural queue to sort the services for the work required and a plural pattern of priority order determinating table so as to reflect the state of things at a job site with real time. CONSTITUTION:All work required in an automatic warehouse is to be memorized, except those movement condition that are non-operative or local operation. The feasibility of the required operation memorized from the condition in a ware-house is checked and, if it is found feasible, each required work is registered in the waiting queue by sorting the incoming and outgoing stock by the type of work. Next, the waiting queue is determined by the pattern number of the priority order determinating table answering to the status of a production line and, further, the most priority order is determined by reading the service priority orders of each type of work and multiplying the weight thereof. The movement instructions are given in accordance with these priority orders. The rate of operation of equipment can be improved and half finished wok at a job site can be reduced by this constitution. |
