PURPOSE:To keep off any variations in head value at the time of feeder stop page as well as to improve the extent of feeding accuracy, by installing a lifta ble powder discharge control gate in an opening. CONSTITUTION:When measured powder is fed to an inner cylinder 2, it flows out to each clearance part of both inner and outer cylinders 1 and 2 toward the outer cylinder 1 from a lower end of the inner cylinder 2 at the angle of repose, and it is moved along a bottom plate 1'' between these inner and outer cylinders 1 and 2 by each rotation of a spoke 13 and an inward scraper 15, then it is guided by a powder guide plate 5, thus it is discharged out of an opening 3. And, since a top surface of moving powder 6 is swollen at each part of the spoke 13 and the scraper 15, it is made to pulsate in liquidity, but this wave part overflows beyond the guide plate without heading for the opening by action of an overflow weir 7. And, at the opening 3, a powder discharge controlling gate 4 is controlled whereby discharge is regulated and thus uniform discharge takes place.
