NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R<1> is H or methyl; R<2> is bifunctional hydrocarbon; R<3> and R<4> are (substituted)monofunctional hydrocarbon; n is 1-1,000]. EXAMPLE:A compound shown by formula II. USE:A raw material for ultraviolet-curing type silicone rubber composition and a reactive diluent. PREPARATION:A hydroxydiorganopolysiloxane shown by formula III having both molecular chain ends hindered with OH groups is blended with an equimolar amount based on silanol group of the compound of dihydroisopropenoxysilane shown by formula IV and reacted preferably at 20-50 deg.C to form a dihydroorganopolysiloxane having both molecular chain ends hindered with dihydro groups. Then the reaction product is dehydrogenated with an equimolar amount based on the dihydroisopropenoxysilane of an acrylic substituted silanol shown by formula V by the use of diethylhydroxyamine as a catalyst at 40-60 deg.C.
