A base plate (3) is used to accommodate a foil (1) with a gel plate (2), and is of plastic, being vaulted in its transversal direction. The formation causes the wire (4) to be tensionsed to press the foil against the baseplate with the same force along its whole length. The wire is maintained tensioned crossways over the base plate between two hand grips (5,6) displaceably fastened in tracks (7,8) in the base plate on opposite sides of the foil with the gel plate. One end of the wire is fixed to one hand grip (5), whilst it is tensionsed in the other hand grip (6) via a draw spring (9), one end of the spring being fixed to the wire, and the other to a pin (10) on the hand grip. After the foil and gel plate have been clamped to the base plate using a clamp (11), the wire between the hand grips is tensioned with its one end position nearest the clamp. This causes the wire to cut through the gel plate unitl it comes in contact with the foil. By pushing the hand grips in the appropriate direction, the wire is pushed between the foil and the gel plate. (Provisional basic advised week 8830) |
