PURPOSE:To dispense with setting of a mold frame and to produce continuously a panel having a good dimensional accuracy, by supplying a group of an upper surface plate and a lower surface plate closely each other, pouring a core material between each surface plate, forming the side parts by contacting slidingly them with mold frames and cutting an connecting part of each surface plate after the core material is solidified. CONSTITUTION:Front and rear edges of surface plates 1a and 1b having vertically bent edges 8 on their circumferential edges are contacted and connected with an adhesive tape 5 to form groups of surface plates 3 and 4, and the upper and the lower groups 3 and 4 of surface plates are continuously supplied to a core material pouring part 20 from a surface plate supplying part 10 in such a way that the flat parts 9 of the surface plates 1a and 1b are faced outside. A core material 6 is poured between both surface plates 1a and 1b at the core material pouring part 20 and at this time, mold frame members 7 are supplied to both sides to form side parts 2 of desired shapes. The groups 3 and 4 of the surface plates where the core material 6 is poured are heated at about 60 deg.C in a core material foaming and solidifying part 30, and the core material 6 is thereby foamed and solidified. When sent to a cutting part 40, the connected part of each surface plate 1a or 1b with the adhesive tape 5 is cut by means of a saw which is lowered while being rotated, and a laminated panel 1 is formed. |
