PURPOSE:To obtain a molded product having the beautifulness of a hologram and three-dimensional feeling, by a method wherein a resin layer having a specific softening point is arranged to one side of surfaces of a molding plastic sheet so as to be faced to a mold provided with a relief type hologram to perform heat molding. CONSTITUTION:A molded sheet 1 is constituted by arranging a resin layer 3 having a softening point of 80 deg.C or lower to one side surface of a molding plastic sheet 2. The molding plastic sheet 2 can be formed by using a vinyl chloride resin, and the resin layer 3 is formed by applying paint containing a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer as a binder resin and drying the formed paint layer. This molded sheet 1 is fixed by a clamp 4, and softened under heating to be held between a mold 5 and a hermetically closed box 6, and compressed air is blown in the space between both of them and, at the same time, air is discharged from the mold 5 to bring the molded sheet into close contact with the mold 5. At this time, the resin layer 3 of the molded sheet is closely adhered to the hologram stamper 7 provided to the mold 5 at the same time to be embossed. Next, the molded sheet 1 is cooled and removed from the mold 5 to complete molding. |
