PURPOSE:To improve safety, work efficiency and economical efficiency by stripping colored parts on the surface of a card with a specified noncombustible stripping agent and by coating the resulting white ground with a sensitizer or coloring it. CONSTITUTION:Colored parts 2 on the surface of a card 1 are stripped by mechanically or manually spreading a noncombustible stripping agent 2' made of methylene chloride. Colored parts 2 on the surface of a card 1' are stripped by rubbing with cloth 3 contg. the stripping agent 2' to form a white ground 3'. The resulting card 1'' is coated with a sensitizer 4 and the resulting card 1''' is colored 5. When defective cards produced during coloring work are reproduced or colored again, the danger of ignition is eliminated because the noncombustible stripping agent is used, the work efficiency is improved and cards such as telephone cards or original cards can be produced at a low cost. |
