PURPOSE:To obtain the titled face-washing cosmetic instantaneously exhibiting cleansing effect and massaging effect after the application to the skin and expected to have blood flow promotion effect and absorption and removal effect of waste products, by compounding spherical soft resin capsules collapsible with pressure, having a specific particle diameter and containing an oily component. CONSTITUTION:Spherical soft resin capsule collapsible with pressure, having particle diameter of 100-800mum and containing 30-80wt.%, preferably 40-70wt.% oily component such as higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, waxes, hydrocarbons, esters, oil-soluble vitamins, oil-soluble pigments, silicone oil, etc., is compounded to a face-washing cosmetic in an amount of 0.5-15wt.%, preferably 1-10wt.% based on the whole cosmetic. The material for forming the resin capsule is e.g. (co)polymer of (meth)acrylic acid, (meth)acrylic acid ester, vinyl acetate, styrene, etc.
