<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize the title device and to efficiently remove harmful gases by forming a moving bed consisting of a carrier such as sand for collecting lime powder and capable of moving in the gravitational direction with respect to exhaust gas in a casing into which exhaust gas is introduced. CONSTITUTION:Lime powder is blown into a duct 3 from a lime powder feeder 7, the lime powder reacts with the hydrogen chloride in exhaust gas to form calcium chloride, and the hydrogen chloride is removed. In the case of SOx, calcium sulfate is formed, and SOx is removed. The exhaust gas contg. lime powder is introduced into the casing 11, passes through a front louver 15, then passes through the inside of the moving bed 13, and is discharged from a rear louver 16. Consequently, the lime powder and dust are collected. The unreacted harmful gas in the exhaust gas reacts with lime powder, etc., while passing through the moving bed 13, and the efficiency in removing the harmful gas can be increased.</p> |
