PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkling at the time of changeover by providing a differential device between the shaft of a wind-up roll and a driving motor shaft and making the rotating speed of said roll shaft lower than the rotating speed of said driving motor shaft by the rotating speed of a turret shaft. CONSTITUTION:Wind-up rolls 1, 2 are provided on the mutually opposite arms 8 out of four arms which are radially installed at the equal angle on a turret shaft 4, while guide rollers 3 are provided on the arms 9, respectively. A film 7 is wound up on a roll 1 which is presently in use and, when the winding is completed, the turret shaft 4 is 180 deg. rotated with the film 7 being guided by the guide roller 3 to replace the roll 1 with the roll 2, and the film 7 is cut by a cutter 6 and wound around the roll 2. And, the rotating speed of the turret shaft 4 at this time is inputted into differential devices 21 as a correction 24 to lower the rotating speed of motors 10, 11. Thereby, the generation of the wrinkle and sag of the film 7 at the time of changing over the rollers 1, 2 can be prevented.
