PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food capable of remarkably shortening cooking time and providing a dried food at the same time by a simple method, by forming a coarse and dense parts of tissues in 'KONJAK' (devil's-tongue) gel, placing the above-mentioned coarse parts in the interior and partially exposing the afore-mentioned coarse part. CONSTITUTION:A coarse part 2 and dense parts 1 of tissues are formed in 'KONJAK' gel and the above-mentioned coarse part 2 is placed in the interior and partially exposed to the surface. Thereby the aimed food is obtained.
