PURPOSE:To transmit many information with a small-sized card by boring holes in a mark sheet from front and rear faces and reading them with an OMR. CONSTITUTION:Indication positions on front and rear faces of a message card 1 are shifted from each other by a half line, and required holes are bored from respective faces. The shape of holes may be different between the front face and the rear face or a directivity may be given to shapes of holes to read information on front and rear faces. A user always carries this message card and bores holes in required indication positions and inserts this card to a telephone set or the like to automatically transmit contents to be transmitted to the other party.
