PURPOSE:To prevent a door or the like from being damaged by a tail gate by approximating a rear edge of the tail gate to an edge of a load box with the same level, dispensing with a gangplank, while stopping the upward motion of a receiving block lifting gear at a time when a door of a rear body is closed. CONSTITUTION:At the time of lifting a tail gate 17 upward by a driving source, when a door 3 is closed, a contact 21 of a limit switch 20 installed in a tension link 14 comes into contact with the contact member 30 installed in the door 3. In consequence, this limit switch 20 comes off, so that the driving source is stopped and lifting motion of the tail gate 17 is also stopped. On the other hand, in the state that the door 3 is opened, even if the tail gate 17 goes up, the limit switch 20 is left turned on intact without contacting with the contact member 30. Therefore, the tail gate 17 continues to go up and then it stops at a spot where a top surface of the tail gate 17 is flush with a floor surface of the load box 1 and a rear edge 18 of the tail gate 17 is approximated to an edge 10a of the floor surface 10.
