PURPOSE:To secure an air bleed function of a breather tube by discharging backflow fuel in a bending part of the breather tube to the inside of a fuel tank automatically via a receiver tank and a pipe member in a way of utilizing a brake or the like of a running vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When fuel is supplied to the inside of a fuel tank 1, the fuel flows back to the inside of a breather tube 5 at a spot where a fuel level W becomes higher than the breather tube 5, and it flows out of an opening a fuel supply pipe 3. And, the fuel flowing back to a bending part of the breather tube 5 flows into a receiver tank 11 by way of a pipe member 13. Then, at the time of braking of a vehicle, since air flows in from an opening of a tube part 12 and fuel inside the receiver tank 11 is tilted to some extent, the fuel in the bending part 6 of the breather tube 5 is pressurized via the pipe member 13. In consequence, the fuel in the bending part 6 of the breather tube 5 is put back to the inside of the fuel tank 1 and simultaneously it flows into the inside of the receiver tank 11. |
