PURPOSE:To improve a noise-resistant characteristic for jumping wave from the outside and a noise generation preventing characteristic to prevent a disturbance wave generated from its own device, by enclosing the periphery of the cylindrical external terminal of an output connector fitted in a floating state with a loop capacitor. CONSTITUTION:In the output connector 2, the cylindrical external terminal 2b is fitted on a grounding base 3 in the floating state, and the periphery of the cylindrical external terminal 2b is enclosed with the loop capacitor 10. A DC noise blocking capacitor is inserted between the internal terminals 1a and 2a of an input connector 1 and the output connector 2, and a choke coil 4' is inserted in parallel, thereby, a lightning protection pipe 4 is complemented. In such a way, it is possible to strengthen and improve an immunity characteristic and a leakage electric field characteristic in electromagnetic activity environment.
