PURPOSE:To obtain a compact soybean milk production apparatus provided with a GO (ground soybean liquid) cooker and GO boiling device under a soybean milk pressing device and having an extremely small installation area. CONSTITUTION:A soybean milk pressing device is constituted of an endless net belt 30 (cylindrical unit of punched plate 31 in the figure), a pair of rollers 21 and 22 for nipping and pressing the belt 30, etc. A GO (ground soybean liquid) boiling cooker 70 is provided under the soybean milk pressing device. A steam supply pipe 74 is provided for blowing steam into the GO boiling cooker 70. Go liquid is fed from a supply pipe 73 to the GO boiling cooker 70 and steam is blown thereinto to boil the GO liquid. The boiled GO liquid is then fed to the top part of the endless net belt by a pump, squeezed between the rollers 21 and 22 and separated into a blend of MIJIN (fine bean-cured refuse) with soybean milk and bean-curd refuse. The blend is subsequently fed into a netted filtration drum 60 and separated into the MIJIN and soybean milk. |
