PURPOSE:To level the quantity of data transmission and to keep the secrecy of an individual by performing communication control and the deletion of an individual name by a center. CONSTITUTION:The center monitors the traffic of a trunk line and when the trunk is free, a controller 12 controls the storage device 11 in a subscriber's house firstly to send only a signal indicating the kind of data to the center and confirms the data kind. Then, an opposite subscriber to which the data is to be sent is selected according to the kind and whether or not reception is ready is confirmed. When so, an individual's name is delected if added, the identification code of the individual is added instead, so that the contents of the subscriber's private storage device 11 are transmitted. The center finds a subscriber from the identification code, and sends and inputs diagnostic and analytic result to the subscriber's private storage device 11.
