NEW MATERIAL:A parent cell stock useful for the preparation of human-human hybridoma and consisting of a hypoxanthine-guanine-phosphoribosyl transferase- deficient mutant of a human lymphoblast cell stock (WIL2-NS). USE:A parent cell stock for the preparation of human-human hybridoma useful for the production of valuable substances such as monoclonal antibody, lymphokine, etc. PREPARATION:For example, human B lymphoblast cell stock WIL2-NS is cultured, the proliferated cells are cloned to select an antibody-nonsecreting clone, the clone is cultured and proliferated after irradiation with ultraviolet radiation using an ultraviolet lamp and the proliferated cells are cloned to select a clone having high rate of proliferation and obtain a cell stock HOMO 7 having high rate of proliferation. |
