PURPOSE:To transmit a confidential document by providing a floppy disk device connected to a computer part and recording facsimile picture data. CONSTITUTION:The received facsimile picture data is temporarily recorded on a floppy disk 15b through the floppy disk device 15. Accordingly, a communication document or the like can be invisibly received, and the received document can be transformed to a visible state according to a password or an ID by operating the computer part 1 under an off line state. The floppy disk device easily inputs a program except a program for controlling the communication procedure of a facsimile equipment and can perform plural operations except the facsimile.
