PURPOSE:To input a digital-coded measuring data without generating an error, by detecting inputs with a prescribed time interval by duplexing an input data processing, and authorizing and processing the two inputs. CONSTITUTION:After a data input 1.1 is performed by applying the start up of a processing A and the data is inputted, the data is stored in a buffer 2. Next, a processing B is started up delaying by a prescribed time after the processing A, and a data input 1.2 is performed. The data is authorized by a coincidence processing 3 with the buffer of the processing A. When the data coincide in the coincidence processing 3, the data are designated as normal data, then, a processing advances to a data working processing 4, and an output processing 5 is performed after the completion of the data working processing 4. When no coincidence of the data is obtained in the coincidence processing 3, an error processing 6 is performed.
