发明名称 METHOD FOR EVALUATING CURING DEGREE OF RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To evaluate the curing degree of a resin, by measuring the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) relaxation time of the curable resin by NMR analysis. CONSTITUTION:According to a CP-MA method in usual high resolving power solid NMR analysis, the pulse shown in a drawing (a) is used to measure the peak of the NMR spectrum in a curable resin. The relation between the logarithmic value of the peak of each spectrum and the value of the contact time PW2 at that time is plotted as shown by a drawing (b) to obtain a straight line L1. Next, the straight line L2 parallel to the obtained straight line L1 and crossing the vertical axis of a graph at a point of e(=2.718) is drawn and, when the point where the straight line L2 crosses a horizontal axis is calculated, said point becomes the NMR relaxation time of a specimen. This measurement is performed with respect to a plurality of specimens different in a curing degree such as a curing time, curing temp. or the like to prepare a graph of the change in a curing degree and the NMR relaxation time. Therefore, the NMR relaxation time of a resin of which the curing degree is desired to be known is measured by NMR analysis of NMR relaxation time and fitted to the graph to make it possible to immediately know the curing degree of the cured resin by applying the obtained NMR relaxation time to the graph.
