摘要 PURPOSE:To securely reproduce sharp recording by applying a sublimating or evaporating dye on a thermal resistor in a filmy form, heating the dye and the molecular form gas of the sublimated or evaporated dye to be transferred to a receptor paper through a solid/liquid separation filter which makes contact with the opposite face to the thermal resistor face of a dye layer. CONSTITUTION:If dye 25 is charged into a storage part 16 from a charging port 14 to actuate an electromagnetic feeder 17, the dye 25 is fed to a dye holder 9 through a feed port 15 and a supply port 10. The fed dye 25 is sublimated by the energy of a thermal resistor 4, and used for printing a receptor paper 23 through microholes of a filter 8. Between an abrasion-resistant layer and the filter 8, the dye holder 9 with a thickness of at least approx. a few mum-10mum is formed. The size of the dye holder is almost the same as that of one thermal resistor 1, and is hermitically sealed except the dye supply port 10, when the dye holder is normally approx. 50-150mum. The material used for connecting the abrasion-resistant layer 6 to the filter 8 needs to be flexible and easily adhered under pressure in a deformed style.
