<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the spurious radiation of an output signal by changing the timing of a rectangular wave pulse amplified by each power amplifier to synthesize the power, thereby applying amplitude modulation to a pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:A continuous wave outputted from a signal generator 1 is distributed into N waves by a power distributer 2 and each is inputted to a pulse modulator 3. A gate signal from a modulation gate generator 4 is inputted to each modulator to apply pulse modulation by using a gate signal deviated little by little in the timing, and the result is inputted to each power amplifier as an exciting signal. The pulse signals with different timing and amplified by the amplifier 5 are synthesized by a power synthesizer 6. Then the transmission signal whose timing is changed is synthesized by the synthesizer to apply waveform-shaping to the transmission signal, thereby reducing the spurious in the signal and simplifying the system constitution.</p> |
