An anti-static floor and wall lining without any electrostatic charge in use or storage is produced on non-volatile, organic substance to highly-insulating material which can be charged electrostatically. The added material has a dielectric constant of no more than half of the basic material. Its proportion is 10% by wt., forming a sandwich. After heating and pressing the prod. is cooled. The added material is totally enclosed by the main material and closely bonded to it. ADVANTAGE - Improved anti-static effect.
