摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To form a junction part which is excellent in joining strength, vibration-proof, and thermal stress resistance, by thickening the junction part of a copper pipe, and also, enlarging its outside diameter, at the time of welding a copper pipe for supplying gaseous refrigerant to the copper shell of a refrigerant compressor, etc., by a copper series brazing filler metal. CONSTITUTION:A copper pipe 2a for supplying fluid such as gaseous refrigerant, etc., to a steel shell 1 in the refrigerant compressor is brought to brazing welding by using the copper series brazing filler metal. In this case, a part 5 where the copper pipe 2a is fitted and stuck to the shell is thickened by enlarging the outside diameter, or the junction part 5 of a copper pipe 2b is thickened by making the inside diameter small, and also, the junction part 7 of a copper pipe 2c is thickened by expanding the diameter successively in the radial direction from other part. This thickened part is fitted to the steel shell and brought to brazing welding by the copper series brazing filler metal, by which joining strength after welding becomes large, and the junction part which is excellent in vibration-proof and thermal stress resistance is obtained.</p>
