PURPOSE:To reduce current consumption and to obtain a long-life, small-sized battery by flowing a current for measuring a hand advance period only in resetting. CONSTITUTION:A signal S24 for measuring the hand advance period is inputted from a terminal 24 and stepping-motor driving signals S25 and S26 are inputted from terminals 25 and 26. Further, a hand stop (reset) signal S23 is inputted to a terminal 23. Those inputs are processed by NOT circuits 18, 27, and 28, OR circuits 19, 21, and 22, and an AND circuit 20. The current for measuring the hand advance period flows to a terminal 29 in resetting. A stepping-motor driving current is outputted from a terminal 30. |
