PURPOSE:To prevent the deflection by a load, to display a good rolling function and to simplify and miniaturize the device by forming the pressurized recessed part to be closed by the circumferential face of a roll on the holder holding a truncated conical roll and opposing to the roll load by feeding a pressurized fluid from a feed passage. CONSTITUTION:A rotary roll device is made up by holding the plural forming rolls 16 provided in opposition to the plane like forming face 14a of the discoid forming panel 14 fitted to the front end part of a rotary driving shaft by engaging freely rotatably with the holding body 20 of the holder main body 19. At the time when the strip blank 1 fed from a heating furnace is rolled by being guided between the forming panel 14 and forming roll 16, the deflection of the roll 16 at the rolling time is prevented by feeding the pressurized fluid from a feeding passage 20c to the pressurized recessed part 20b formed on the holding body 20. A fluid film is also formed at the sliding part of the roll 16 and the holding groove 20a of the holding body 20 to maintain the smooth rotation of the roll 16 and to block the seizure by booling the roll 16.
