PURPOSE:To analyze only the acoustic data of a specified channel from the point of time traced back to a prescribed time before, by storing the acoustic data of a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A receiver 1 demodulates the RF signal of an acoustic signal from a sonobuoy, and an input selector 2 selects a channel to be sound-recorded, reproduced and analyzed under a control from an analyzer 4, and sends it to a sound recorder and reproducer 3 and a storage device 5. The sound recorder and reproducer 3 sound-records an input acoustic data in a tape, reproduces it and sends it to an output selector 6. The storage device 5 has the RAM of a prescribed bit, stores the acoustic data of a prescribed time portion extending from the present to the past, and executes endlessly an operation for outputting the data of the time traced back by a prescribed time to the past, simultaneously with the input and write of the latest acoustic data. The selector 6 sends one of outputs of the storage device 5 or the sound recorder and reproducer 3, to the analyzer 4 by a control from the analyzer 4, and the frequency of the acoustic data is analyzed.
