This table (board) comprises a case 4, which is open at the top, in which the upper face carries a perforated plate. The bottom of the case comprises two openings 8, 14, of which the one labelled 8 faces the casing 9 of the turbine 10. A hole 16 is made in the vertical wall adjacent to the opening 8. A first flap 9 can connect the casing 9, either with the inside of the case, in the suction phase, or with the opening 16 in the blowing phase, a second flap 22 can be situated, respectively, either in the closed position, or in the open position.
