PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature and light card driving device which can move smoothly a card, by deviating the card installed to a shuttle, through the shuttle, and driving the card, while bringing it into contact with a positioning member. CONSTITUTION:By an attraction of permanent magnets 28, 29, a movement of a shuttle 11 is controlled and a main switch 30 is turned off, and the tip face of an optical card 35, and one side face are allowed to abut on a step difference part 11a of the shuttle 11, and a step difference part 11b, respectively by a spring, and positioned and installed to the upper face of a roller 21 by using a spring 15 and 17. Thereafter, by pushing the optical card 35 in the direction as indicated with an arrow, the shuttle 11 is moved, the magnets 28, 29 are separated and the switch 30 is turned on, and at the time point when a photoreflector 31 has detected a position detecting mark 38a, a current is allowed to flow to a coil 27, and in accordance with the shuttle 11, the optical card 35 is driven automatically. Subsequently, at the time of reading a data, an optical head is opposed to a seek part 37a of the optical card 35 and driven, and a data of a desired track is read. |
