PURPOSE:To prevent clogging eliminating recording medium stuck around an orifice of a recording head by heating a fine hole and a liquid with the driving of a heating means arranged around the fine hole serving as a passage of the liquid. CONSTITUTION:Heating means 6a and 6b for elevating the temperature of a recording medium 3 inside a liquid chamber 1 are arranged close to an orifice 2 along the outer wall of the liquid chamber 1 separately from a heat generating body 5 for discharging the recording medium. The heating means 6a and 6b heats the recording medium 3 or a droplet thereof up to a temperature enough to be prevented from adhering to the inside and the outside of the liquid chamber 1. |
