PURPOSE:To mold a film with projection in good efficiency, by forming the film from the molten resin extruded into the conical gap provided to the inside of a die while instantaneously emitting the molten resin flowed into a manifold through branched orifices from said gap by applying high pressure to said resin. CONSTITUTION:A film is formed to the outside of a rod shaped object moving toward a resin outlet 10 from the insert orifice 4 of a mandrel 2 by the molten resin emitted from the resin outlet 10 of a die lip 9. In this case, when the plunger 22 of an emission pressure imparting mechanism 20 is advanced to impart high pressure to the molten resin accumulated in the manifold, the molten resin within the manifold 12 is instantaneously ejected through the resin outlet of the die lip 9 and expanded out along the opening edge of the resin outlet 10 and projections 32 can be formed to a resin film 31.
