PURPOSE:To increase a processing performance for an attendance, by detecting the traffic direction of a mobile body based on the detected result of a detecting means, counting a traffic quantity, and issuing an alarm when the mobile body is moved from an exit to an entry. CONSTITUTION:Entry side detecting means A and B, and exit side detecting means C and D are provided on the side walls 2a and 2b of a traffic path 1. A control part 7 decides the traffic direction of the mobile body corresponding to the detected results of those detecting means A-D, and counts the traffic quantity, and also, operates an alarm unit 8 when it is decided that the mobile body is moved from the exit to the entry.
