The invention relates to a method for manufacturing reconstituted meat. This method essentially includes three successive stages: 1. cutting the meat up into strips, 2. flattening the said strips, 3. shaping the said flattened strips in order to reconstitute blocks of meat. Application: increasing the value of poor-quality pieces of meat, called butchery meats, poultry meats or fish meats. |
